End User License Agreement

Effective date: October 27, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the JedHead Portal, the web application at jedhead.com/portal and jedhead.com/client (the "Portal"), provided by JedHead ("JedHead," "we," "our," or "us"). By signing in to the Portal or connecting a third-party account to it, you agree to this Agreement on behalf of yourself and the business you use it for ("your business"). If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

1. License

JedHead grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Portal for your business's internal operations, such as managing leads, estimates, jobs, time, and billing, for as long as you have an active account. The Portal is licensed, not sold. JedHead keeps all rights not expressly granted here.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created by JedHead or by an administrator of your business. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us right away at jed@jedhead.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, resell, sublicense, or make the Portal available to anyone outside your business.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Portal's source code.
  • Access data belonging to another business, or try to bypass security or access controls.
  • Use the Portal for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful code.

4. Connected Services (QuickBooks Online and GoHighLevel)

The Portal can connect to third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and GoHighLevel, so estimates, invoices, customers, and payments stay in sync with the books and CRM your business already uses.

  • You authorize the connection. An administrator of your business connects QuickBooks Online by signing in at Intuit and approving access. The Portal never sees or stores your QuickBooks password.
  • What we access. Only the accounting data the Portal needs to work: company name and ID, customers, products and services, estimates, invoices, and payments.
  • How we use it. Only to provide the Portal's features to your business. We do not sell QuickBooks or GoHighLevel data, use it for advertising, or share it with other businesses on the Portal.
  • How we protect it. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and each business's connection and data are kept separate from every other business.
  • Disconnecting. An administrator can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from Portal → Settings → Integrations, or from within QuickBooks. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens.
  • Third-party terms. QuickBooks Online and GoHighLevel are provided by their own companies under their own terms. JedHead is not responsible for their availability or accuracy. Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc.

5. Your Data

Your business owns the data it enters into the Portal or brings in from a connected service. You give JedHead permission to store and process that data only as needed to run the Portal for you. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Updates

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the Portal at any time. We will try to give notice before changes that materially affect how your business uses it.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Portal at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach this Agreement or if your business's agreement with JedHead ends. When access ends, connected-service tokens are deleted, and you may request an export of your business's data within 30 days.

8. Disclaimer

The Portal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JedHead does not warrant that the Portal will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your business remains responsible for reviewing its financial records, taxes, and filings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, JedHead's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Portal is limited to the amount your business paid JedHead for Portal access in the 12 months before the claim. JedHead is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted means you accept the revised Agreement.
